⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I'd highly recommend this book. Lundwall, in Mythos and Cosmos provides illumination in 3 key areas for me. First, he paints as clear a picture as probably is possible, of the nature of the oral age. He explains how oral peoples thought and locked in that knowledge in ways we struggle to appreciate or match--be it memory, myth, dance, or structures--including the massive structures we still misunderstand today. He disavows notions that these people were either savage or otherwise built that differently than us.
